David Mallet

David brings nearly 30 years of experience across private practice, property development and construction, helping deliver projects of up to 250 units. His broad technical background gives him a practical, detail-focused approach to design, feasibility, regulation and delivery.

His experience spans cabinet making, furniture design, 2D CAD, model making, site works, building regulations and technical detailing.

Earlier in his career, David trained as a cabinet maker and antique restorer, developing a strong eye for detail, form and function that has continued to shape his work as a technologist.
At MS Planning, David applies this knowledge to support the wider team and contribute to well-considered, technically robust project outcomes.
