Having designed this 22,000sqft property, it’s understood to have recently sold as the Island’s most expensive dwelling. We succeeded in winning planning approval where the previous architectural practice failed.
The classically designed Regency style property replaced an existing dwelling in the Green Zone. We were granted planning permission due to our attention to detail, in particular, the classic proportions and architectural order adopted.
