Obtained planning and building bye-law approval for this contemporary single-storey extension to the existing Grade 3 listed property known as ‘Les Jardins Lodge’.
The Project
The existing small rear lean-to extension was demolished to make way for a larger kitchen/family room with additional snug, utility room and house bathroom to cater for the needs of our client’s family. Planning permission was also obtained for a new swimming pool and double garage with music room above.
