If you’re trying to work from home whilst self isolating, and perhaps have realised you could do with a little extra space, then MSPlanning can help!
We’ve great video conferencing facilities, and with online resources, we can explore concepts with you remotely.
We might not be able to get it built with the current restrictions but it's always worth considering how the potential of your property might be enhanced.

Alongside relaxing planning rules to help business impacted by the coronavirus, the UK Government are also facing their housing crisis by changing what you can do WITHOUT planning permission, including being able to:

-demolish empty commercial buildings and replace them with housing;
-add two floors to existing apartment blocks.

These are bold steps, but show a clear desire to relax planning control to deliver more housing. Would this be appropriate in Jersey too?

Coronavirus Update

Rest assured, we have everything in place to enable our technologists and Planning professionals to continue to provide an excellent service at this difficult time but minimise risk to our staff and clients alike. We are hoping to reduce as much potential impact to our projects as possible however there may be disruption to site work but we will monitor the situation closely and keep you informed.

We have video conferencing available for any clients wishing to conduct meetings but If you do need to visit our office please can we ask that you wash your hands thoroughly on arrival and departure!

If you don't feel well, please stay at home to protect others and follow government and health care advice. We will be doing the same.

Mike and the Team 🙂
