Obtained planning consent for this prestigious new replacement dwelling on a highly sensitive coastal site in St Martin.
The Project
The client appointed us to project manage the application and liaise with all the consultants involved to ensure a successful outcome. This included navigating the proposal through the planning system. The building has now been completed and provides a magnificent home for the happy owner.
The scheme was designed by Quinlan Terry, a renowned classicist architect from the UK.
