The Result
Managed the contract administration from commencement to completion, ensuring that attention to detail was closely observed. This resulted in a highly successful scheme.
The Project
A major refurbishment project of a former Grade 3 listed farmhouse, its outbuildings, and a staff cottage. It also included new stables and a tennis court.
The project sought to be true to the Victorian interiors and included the replacement and replication of an original, albeit, dilapidated Victorian conservatory.
