NEW BUILD & REFURBISHMENT
The Result
In 2018 MS Planning were asked to design a new pool house building to replace existing horse stables at Verona. Planning & Building permission were granted for the new pool house along with alterations/refurbishment of the existing house. MS Planning were also asked to provide Architectural support throughout the build process
The Project
A new pool house to meet our client’s lifestyle was designed to be in keeping with the existing house. A newly refurbished swimming pool and extensive re-landscaping also compliments the setting of the new pool house.
Part replacement of the existing roof structure and internal floors was required along with other external and internal alterations to bring the house up to current structural and thermal standards.
