Our Expertise
As the only practice in Jersey to bring you Architects (ARB, RIBA), technicians (CIAT), planners (RTPI) and historic building advisors (IHBC) all under one roof, we’ll provide you with an unrivalled breadth of skills relevant to gaining planning consent.
This includes qualified members of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) with
experience of working in Jersey, Guernsey and the UK. Twenty years’ experience working
within the States of Jersey Planning Department provides an invaluable insight into what issues matter when submitting a planning application.
We’re also the only practice in Jersey to combine RTPI experience with elected members of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC). This distinction enables us to provide qualified advice to owners of listed buildings – or owners of properties situated close to listed buildings – in a field of expertise that is becoming increasingly important in determining a planning application.

Integrated design expertise
Our design team is hugely experienced, in designing and delivering a broad range of projects from conception to completion including residential, commercial, retail and agricultural developments. This means that we can offer advice that increases the chances of you or your client obtaining planning approval by avoiding common and unforeseen pitfalls that can arise during the planning process.
