Jersey Construction Awards 2025. Such a good opportunity for the industry to show what it does well. Very pleased to be shortlisted (twice) and to have a fun table of colleagues and clients.
The CLT frame is completed on site well done to all involved. This modern method of construction is much faster than traditional construction methods reducing the build time by over 3 months compared to a traditional blockwork and concrete construction. The CLT also provides much less embodied carbon, thermal bridging and stronger thermal performance. Wins all round.
Despite the rain we still had a great afternoon at our annual staff bbq on Saturday
Slab down and scaffolding up ready for the CLT frame to be delivered on Tuesday. Not often you see a cantilevered house and this one is going to look spectacular.
Checking in on two new sustainable homes being built utilising modern methods of construction. Progressing well on site and we can’t wait to see these finished. Those glazed gables will bring a nice modern touch and a big wow factor.
