MSPlanning are delighted to announce that planning permission has been granted for the replacement dwelling known as Cutty Sark, located in the heart of St. Ouen’s Bay.
Following a strong recommendation for approval from the Planning Department, the proposal received unanimous approval from the Planning Committee.

This project has been an absolute joy to design and develop alongside the consultant team. We very much look forward to taking this to site and seeing the finished building in the near future.

Nice design, it fits in beautifully with the surroundings with its green roofs. Any solar panels?

Looks amazing ☀️😍

Well done guys

We wanted to do this when we lived there for a long time , so glad it is finally happening - we would have still been there

That looks beautiful - well done!

Stunning. 🥂

👏👏👏👏

Great work.! - going to be a awesome project 👏🏼🤩

Looks great, much better than existing dwelling👍🏼😊

Love it!!

Well done👌

Well done team MS. Great project.

Well done !

Excellent!

I was concerned how this development may have turned out, but I must say it looks very fitting. Great job. Will they need to put a scaffold up when the roof needs mowing 🧐🫢😉🤪😋🥳

Very lush and deep green roof! Looks like it will be Jersey’s first ever intensive green roof (more than 6 inches of soil depth). Look forward to seeing how that goes.

Well blow me down with a feather ha I worked there when I lived on the rock as a waitress when Loretta ? owned it she did beautiful Sunday roasts too I have great fun memories working in the old Cuttty Sark in fact I can't believe its been left to rack and ruin!!! I'm excited to see the final renovation so please sent it to me.

Unless I'm mistaken..... the owners of the Watersplash had a similar "grass roofed" design when they bought the Watersplash about 18 years ago??

Lovely design 👍🏻😎🤗🇯🇪

Stunning location complimented by a stunning - and sympathetic, design. 👏

There is a lot of glass there to be smashed in the first big storm. Have they forgotten the storm shutters!

Great design Mike , going to be a massive improvement to the existing mishmash of buildings. 👌

Well done MS, looks a great project

👏👏

We are delighted to have secured Planning Approval for Eastwood, a traditional granite bungalow incorporating considered contemporary features. Located within the Green Zone of the Island Plan, the project required a sensitive design response, allowing us to respect the established rural character while introducing modern elements where appropriate. A key feature of the design is the double-ended glazed gable, which brings generous natural light into the heart of the home while maintaining the integrity of the traditional form. ...
