Anthony Farman

Anthony is a chartered planner (RTPI) with 15 years’ professional experience and is also an elected member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC). He spent eight years working for the States of Jersey Planning Department, rising to Senior Planner. 

He has a full understanding of how the Jersey planning system works, particularly in relation to listed buildings. Having been with MS Planning Ltd since 2008, he provides clients with professional planning and listed building advice, and project manages all planning applications that are submitted. 

Anthony presents projects to the Planning Application Committee, which generally result in successful outcomes for our clients. He also prepares and presents planning appeals to planning inspectors.
