Matthew Cornic

Matt has 25 years’ experience as a senior technician and is qualified as an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. He has been with MS Planning for more than a decade and heads up the technical services. This involves taking a lead role in delivering schemes for clients and successfully project managing them to completion.

Matt prides himself on accurate and detailed design and has a very good knowledge of Jersey building bye-laws and the planning process. Clients enjoy working with him and he has a good rapport with local building contractors.

His experience includes 2D CAD drawing, 3D CAD modelling, physical model making, site works, dealing with building contracts and being hands-on with the day-to-day practical issues that routinely arise.
