The Result
Obtained approval for a total of eight new units, which was part of a larger scheme, on a traditional farmstead in the Green Zone in St Martin. This included refurbishment of an existing dwelling (Beauchamp Farm), and conversions and redevelopments of commercial buildings.
The Project
Beauchamp Farm was subsequently bought by another client who retained our services to refurbish and extend the existing five-bay granite farmhouse and provide new garaging. We worked closely with the planning and heritage officers, and contract administered the scheme from commencement to completion. The owners are delighted with the end result.
