The Result
Despite local objection, the Planning Committee was convinced on the merits of the proposal. They granted permission for the reuse and improvement of the vacant commercial building, helping Gorey maintain its important role as a destination for tourists and locals alike.
The Project
We were delighted to assist a successful local business to expand by gaining approval to renovate the vacant cafe at Gorey. The project included improved al-fresco and internal customer seating and facilities, along with improved kitchen and servicing. Careful design ensured we met statutory requirements for commercial kitchens and public dining areas.
