Planning permission obtained for a five-bedroom property and integral staff unit replacing a traditional dwelling in the Green Zone in St. Brelades Bay.
The Project
This contemporary property design features 30% more floorspace than the previous building it replaces. Connecting seamlessly with its natural surroundings, it will provide sea and woodland views.
The proposed property also benefits from a range of green technologies and natural materials including Jersey granite, cedar cladding – all housed under a flowing sedum roof canopy.
Due to start construction in 2019.
