The Result
A Planning approved replacement five bedroom dwelling in St. Ouens within the Coastal National Park.
The Project
The existing five bedroom dwelling and one bedroom annexe will be replaced with a new modern designed dwelling assimilated into its dune environment. The project brings a whole range of environmental, ecological and historical improvements and restores this site back to its historical dunescape setting.
