Secured planning permission (achieved in 2008) for an additional extension and alterations to the building that already had permission to be converted into a house. Obtained building bye-law consent for the entire conversion and to oversee the project build.
Although a relatively small scheme, the additional floor space improved the quality of the family home in keeping with its enviable position in St Ouen. Completion of the building bye-law application demonstrated our practice’s ability to provide the necessary modern building standards within a historic structure.
