The Result
A replacement four bedroom home in the Coastal National Park with an underground swimming pool.
The Project
The replacement of a large three storey dwelling with a staff flat with a two storey four bedroom dwelling above ground and a underground swimming pool. The dwelling is designed to blend into the green back drop and to pay homage to the nearby listed structures, whilst also providing sustainable dwelling using modern methods of construction, air source heat pumps and a photovoltaic roof.
