Les Minquiers

The proposal is to demolish a single dwelling and replace with five modern high-end apartments with a lower ground floor garage, a new site access and a range of environmental and ecological improvements. The architecture uses a pallet of natural materials, including a CLT superstructure, PV panels and air source heat pumps. This reinforces the environmental credentials which underpin the whole project.
