Client approached us for help after previous practice was refused permission to redevelop L’Oasis. Our expertise in dealing with Green Zone sites such as Coastal National Park (which are heavily constrained in planning terms) saw the project approved. The Minister was highly complimentary of the design approach adopted.
A traditional Victorian Cottage style dwelling was prepared with a floorspace of 5,300 sq ft. It was sited as close to the existing footprint as possible, whilst allowing it to benefit from the spectacular views across St Catherine’s Bay.
