The replacement of a large bungalow and granny annexe with a predominately single storey four bedroom dwelling and staff unit with a first floor pop up master bedroom and a semi basement. The dwelling is designed to be hunkered down in the landscape designed to blend into it natural context, whilst also providing sustainable dwelling, with air source heat pumps and a photovoltaic roof.
