The Result
Obtained planning consent – where other practices had been unsuccessful – to redevelop an existing house and add a new dwelling and granny annexe.
The Project
After several unsuccessful attempts to achieve planning approval, the client came to us for help. We produced a well-designed scheme which, because it reduced the impact on neighbouring properties, was approved. It included a timber frame building that was constructed by Highland Fraser Limited.
The client and her parents, who live in the annexe, are absolutely delighted. The end-product met the client brief and sits comfortably in the surrounding context.
