The Result
Obtained planning approval by the Planning Committee for a replacement café and a 4 bedroom dwelling at the Seaside Café site, Greve De Lecq located within the Coastal National Park.
The Project
The existing Seaside Café and two apartments will be replaced with a new modern designed beach cafe designed to blend in its dune environment and a contemporary 4 bedroom dwelling.
The project brings a whole range of environmental, ecological and historical improvements and provides a new bus shelter and bus turning area, provides disabled access to the promenade, road safety improvements and restores this site back to its historical dunescape setting.
