Helped a local family gain permission to convert existing listed outbuildings into three dwellings, one each for the father and his two daughters.
This project included the replacement of a commercial building with a new traditionally designed dwelling to help fund the family’s proposals. It also relied on closing a substandard access and widening a further existing access which meant the loss of a small amount of agricultural land.
